All products ordered on this site are shipped via UPS or US Postal service and are fully traceable and insured.
- In stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. You will receive an email with UPS tracking information once the shipment has been processed.
- If any or all of your order is not in stock, a salesperson will contact you. Products not in stock are ordered the same day we receive your order, and are normally available within 5-10 days (not applicable to all products)*
- Bath products typically ship within 5 business days
- All orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority, and do not require a signature for delivery.
- All orders are fully insured. Please call us upon receipt of your order if the package has been damaged or seems to be missing items.
- Your method of payment will be charged when the order is ready to ship
